Abstract

yuqori malakali gimnastlar tayanib sakrashni bajarganda yugurish yuqori tezligi 7,6-8,2 m/s kattaligiga etadi.Bu eng maksimal tezlik hisoblanmaydi.Aksincha yugurishda qulay tezlik hisoblanadi.Bundan shunday hulosa qilish mumkinki, tayanish snaryadi bo'lmaganda (18-23 m) yugurish uzunligida malakali gimnastlar 8,6-9,0 m/s tezlikka erishadilar.
