the Republic of Uzbekistan, among the developing countries in the world community, is gradually moving on the path of self-development with the steps of progress. At the present time, according to the experience of some highly developed and developing countries, each nation occupies a worthy place in the world community, is able to set large and long-term goals and achieve them. This article expresses the necessary and useful information about the improvement of the efficiency of the state management system, the study of foreign experience in it, its application in national practice in order to achieve high achievements in the prosperous life of our people, a beautiful way of life and in general in every field.
