Abstract

The article describes the work done on the second priority of the Action Strategy for the Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021 - the rule of law and further reform of the judicial system. The need for the President to develop a new development strategy of Uzbekistan, taking into account the needs of our people. In order to ensure the coherence and continuity of reforms in the new Development Strategy of Uzbekistan, the principle "From the Action Strategy to the Development Strategy" is on the agenda as the main idea and the main criterion.
