Abstract
Sog’lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish,sog’liqni saqlash hamda salomatlikni mustaxkamlashni oldinga qo’yilgan vazifa etib belgilasak jismoniy tarbiya va sportga qaratilayotgan e’tiborni kuchaytirish lozim. Sog’lom turmush tarzini shakillantirishning elementlarini samarali olib borish MTT lardan boshlash zarur.
