Abstract

Turning to the rights of doctors, it should be noted that they are significantly inferior to the rights of the patient. Currently, legal research in the field of protecting the rights of doctors is not only theoretical, but also of great practical importance. They are necessary to ensure the integrity of the relationship between the patient and the doctor as a single system, to ensure the appropriate level of legal consistency of all structural elements of this system, and the unambiguity of the legal regulation of relations related to the protection of the health of citizens.
