Totalitarianism is derived from the word totalitare, which means integrity, completeness, perfection. Totalitarianism is a systemic political system that requires full state control over all spheres of public life, the persecution of democratic organizations, the abolition of constitutional rights and freedoms, and the subordination of the interests of any individual, social class, or group to the interests of the state
