Abstract

In this thesis, the reforms carried out in the field of labor in our republic in 2017-2021, the adoption of the new version of the Labor Code and its differences from the current Labor Code are highlighted. It is also noted that the inclusion of many norms clarifying the current provisions in the New Labor Code is of great importance in the regulation of the labor market.
