Abstract

This thesis highlights the fact that some norms of the Labor Code adopted in 1995 do not fully meet today's requirements, the need to develop a new code, and the study of international documents, advanced foreign experiences and legal documents in the development of a new labor code. Also, with the new Labor Code, proposals have been put forward in order to further improve the facilities, benefits and guarantees, as well as labor relations.
