This paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of the flipped classroom, evaluating its impact on student engagement, learning outcomes, and teacher-student interaction. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and case studies, this article aims to provide educators and policymakers with a balanced perspective on the efficacy of the flipped classroom model.
